The Situation: ​Legal team represented clients and the case resulted in two hung juries.

The Solution: TAG Team started by listening. Gave support in aligning arguments to jury instructions, simplified the complex math, created simplified charts and graphs, and suggested repeated communication sound bites.

The Situation: ​University team responsible for student acceptance was experiencing infighting and burn out in the student application season. Morale was low, deadlines not met, members were leaving the team.

The Solution: TAG Team started by listening.--conducted 30 minute listening sessions with each team member and new student focus groups. TAG TEAM facilitated two team retreats, identification of team mission and daily guiding values, calendar alignment systems, role clarification, conflict resolution practice, and self care routines.

Results: Team stayed in tact and retained critical institutional  knowledge. Student advisory felt empowered. Employee pre and post survey indicated growth in positive view of team, job, and student selection process.

Survived pandemic. 20 local business formed a business improvement district and partnered with city of street improvements including lights and bike lanes. Business organization sustains 10+ years--share advertisement and street events costs  such as  farmers markets and holiday events.
